In the summer of 2004, I received a phone call
from the art director working on a set at Pinewood Studios in London.
Being the life long James Bond fanatic that I am, I was a bit dissapointed
to hear this was about some children's movie and not the new Bond fim.
However, that children's movie turned out to be one of the biggest hits
in Japan upon its release in the fall of 2005. I won't bother with the
details of this job since the art director left a nice comment for me
which you can read in the Testimonials
section. The photo backing of the neon lit Tokyo scenery appears in the movie for only a split second, but who's to complain when you get a chance to help out on a Tim Burton film. |
